Harap pekerja lebih prihatin bila pelanggan bertanya tentang sesuatu untuk kepastian. saya ada bertanya kepada pekerja adakah dia pasti ttg perisa minuman yang dia hidangkan,..dia terus menjawab dengan pasti bet..sedangkan kami sekeluarga tahu,lerisa surroundings yg dibawa itu lain,namun kami hanya berdiam diri kerana bot minuman telah dibuka.
