Service for travel thru is quite slow & the employees gave the incorrect food. But since it continues to be new & the initial one in city, I could understand. Hopefully there exists a progress in effectiveness after this.

Slow support if you’re eating inside however the drive-thru service is usually pretty effective. But hey, it’s the only real McD in town. Is it possible to actually complain?

The only mcdonalds will not provide Coke lighting...milk shake always out there of purchase..fried chicken is definitely salty...and thy oni give u 2creamer for tea or coffee..sad situation for tawau mcdonalds pls improve

That it is pretty peaceful inside the early morning that makes it a great breakfast place. Staffs are pleasant and polite.
