The decoration is unfussy and sober, tables are comfortable and uncluttered, fitted with a genuine hot coal barbecue. The light is unobtrusive. We lately had supper there with close friends who purchased for all those. Everything was of excellent quality, the meats tender andthe accompanying dips delicious. Services was prompt and effective. Penang has several Japanese and Korean dining places, some of which are usually frankly mediocre, but that is definitely an extremely welcome addition.

We had an excellent lunch here sharing the steak, pork and salmon shabu shabu. The tastes were genuine and the slow cooking food shabu shabu is ideal for conversation. We chose among the shabu shabu place options and added a supplementary rice because the singlebowl of rice that was included with the set simply wasn’t enough. Otherwise the lunch food portion sizes were fine and the costs seemed reasonable. The menus is extensive with many Japanese and Korean options. Your kitchen staff were furthermore agreeable to minimal ingredient changes to support our much less adventurous guest. A very enjoyable lunch time and we’ll be back again for more soon.
