first time checking out this restaurant and surprisingly the meals was excellent! the ramen, the donburi and also the sushi. Cost was reasonable, personnel was friendly and useful. i think they will have live life band on some nights. will certainly keep coming back during our nextvisit in Penang!

The restaurant ambience is darkish without aircon kinda of venue. You can also notice mosquitoes and housefly flying around. The complete area is similar to warm rather than cooling. Food isn't fantastic.

Went there Friday night at 6pm after work. There is inly one table whenever we arrived. Nobody greeted us. No-one came to consider the orders. I got to stroll to the counter to request. A straightforward beer took 20 moments to be offered.The juice was diluted. We didn’t order any meals, but bet we are disappointed too. Forget about visit.

Unprofessional staff, promo beer in Kirin but zero beer available , bad high quality beer or glasses not properly washed , zero replacement , ordered 2 dishes for just two 2 persons only , 1st completed the food once the other fish came 10min after .. never again

Us went there today for later lunch. Alfresco watch was great. Sangria was great . Sushi rolls were typical. Unagi with rice had been average. We purchased some finger foods which appeared to be tempura prawns- that has been delicious. Assistance was courteous butone must wave to obtain their interest. Overall the bill has been pricey in comparison to some other joints in the area.

The staff have become rude & unfriendly. In no way apologize on the mistake towards client. Their attention indirectly telling consumer to leave fast lead to they would like to clear their desk! Never repeat purchase and let customer looking forward to meal. No well instruction & never ever apologized evenhave completed mistake. Not suggested at all. Waste materials of money !
