We were here for lunch time today, as always meals are always top quality with good support. It is a pricey cafe nonetheless it worth the penny. We ordered the salmon pores and skin salad also it tasted fresh and yummy, follow by kimchi based seafood soup, gyudinner fixed (beef cube), beef with mushroom, sushi, hands roll, temaki, grilled squid and garlic fried rice.... oh remembering the CNY Yu Shang. Nothing why don't we down honestly, foods was clean and yummy. Will visit again

Had been specially invited by Manageress Feng San to lunch time. A keen Zohaib ushered me to the VIP Space & Ms Feng suggested the laundry for me. Marvis, a newcomer, had been ic of my desk. Jackson was performing all of the servings & he has been enjoyable, attentive& knowleageable. The signature Fried Salmon Pores and skin Salad had been yummy, crunchy & fresh. Sashimi was refreshing & oishii. Unagi Fried Rice has been nice & bits of unagi had been chunky. CY produced Iced-Cappuccino & concluded with 2 scoops of tasty Japanese in-house-made ice-lotions, Sesame & GREEN TEA EXTRACT flavours. These were all courteous. The only real problem was Marvis who barely investigated the VIP Room therefore any diners within the area couldnt get her interest for topping up beverages or request for some thing. If she have been alert & mindful of all diners inside, i'd rated Outstanding. Bcos it could be very frustrating needing to await her for anything, also for trivial issues. Ambience will be cosy but toilet will be a long way away in a secluded part of the Plaza, and smelly. Parking could be a problem cus it’s frequently complete. Overall, i must thank all of the staff, both kitchen & front side once and for all attempts. Above all, I wish to thank Ms Feng San on her behalf warmth, generosity, professionalism & friendship. She’s a reliable & compassionate innovator both to her co-workers & and to guests.

Was there for supper with a friend, excellent food, especially (surprisingly) plenty of egg roe on the California Maki (probably should require a plate of rice to obvious the surplus egg roe Service on that night time is pretty average. Nevertheless, overall nevertheless agood place for Japanese food

We stayed close by on arrival in Penang and ate here regularly. Top quality Japanese meals. Trays of fresh ocean urchin arrive twice every week to the delight of my partner. If you invest a lot you obtain a membership cards for discounts etc. Really reliable, alwaysbusy, with an excellent collection of Japanese beers. Among their eel sushi rolls is usually fantastic.

Secong period here. Set lunch extremely filling. Tempura few range. Miso soup little bit salty. Could possibly be more generous with fresh fruits helping. Mixed salad sauce quite tasty.

Company Gathering for established lunch. Tempura was great but serving very sluggish. Steamed egg was excellent as usual. Fresh fruits could be a lot more generous in helping. Miso soup was little bit salty.

Have visited three times for supper within the past 30 days and found it to become always complete from 6.30pm onwards. Great menu including affordable bento lunch and supper sets around RM 60. Simply walk by the new sashimi counter and you will instantly judge foryourself the freshness of components. A recent supper for 4 which includes beers found RM300. NOW I AM intrigued by its extensive Sake menus by region. On the floor floor of Island Plaza, (Cold Storage supermarket is in the basement) it appears to function as only eating place doing booming business each day of the week. We are back!

I visited this place several times and the program deteriorated time as time passes to the stage where I'll not come back here. None of the personnel were friendly, they appear impatient even when it had been not full home. We ordered set foods and whenwe are carried out, we needed the expenses. I gave them my charge card and did not really get a card back again. We waited patiently for approximately 15 moments. At this time, I know they will have charged my cards more than 5 minutes back because I obtained a note from the charge card bank. THEREFORE I politely requested a waitress who was simply cleaning the table close to ours, she bluntly stated "your card reaches the counter" as if expecting me to visit the counter to require my charge card. I said "is it possible to please check and obtain it for me personally?". Compared to that, she sighed loudly in frustration and walked off. We waited for another 5 minutes and she returned with my charge card and receipt and simply handed it if you ask me rudely without stating a word as well as facing me. Actually my friend had been shocked by her actions when I was totally polite in requesting for my charge card in which it really is your staff's obligation to come back to me after they charged it. She was dressed up in a smarter black coating which made me think she actually is the supervisor or manager. We asked on her behalf title but she mumbled it so that it has been either Ayumi or Kak Umi. I'm truthfully beyond shocked for the provider provided by a well-known Japanese restaurant. She just provide us the salmon roe without ice loaded underneath, so we must askto recreate to pack having an ice pack. Support provided is inconsistent and question of food safety handle. One great stage for customer to come back due to the all waitresses inside light dark brown uniform are awesome within their service.
