Went for supper in party of 7 - 3 adults and 4 children. Food took one hour to arrive after buying. Servers all had various excuses - generally blaming the personal computer. No apology. Once the costs arrived, I refused to cover the 10% provider chargeand was informed it might not be removed. Rather they removed drinks compared to that quantity. No feeling that the appalling support must have led to a free of charge dessert or drinks. Wouldn't normally return because they obviously haven't any training that the client ought to be treated well.

Came at 5pm on the weekday and has been told only seafood and chips has been available until 6pm. Did that which was told and purchased that. Emerged 5.20pm Nd another client walked in, this consumer was offered the entire menu and was permitted to order anything?!Simply think it is unacceptable and disappointing

Good place in case you are fish lovers. But you may getting other seafood like prawn, etc. Amazingly you can also obtaining chicken over here.

We went there like a family of 3 and ordered drinks, seafood and chips and fried seafood filet including one beginner soup (in addition they provide a kids menu). As the seafood and chips were offered a few minutes afterwards, we neither obtained our beverages northe starter. Whenever we asked the in no way smiling waiter, we obtained the drinks immediately however the soup came just half method through the primary course. Same occurred at the neighbouring desk. Ultimately we payed yet another 10% service cost and a 6% program tax on top.

This is most likely the longest-surviving restaurant in Penang that specialises in authentic (i.electronic. beer-battered) "fish & chips". In addition to the fish that they make use of are of top quality as well... which range from tilapia to barramundi along with cod. Even if you are not keen on seafood,there is also a seafood platter, in addition to poultry. Strongly recommended for "seafood & chips" lovers....

The fish and chips’ quality, quantity and price are good. Seafood was new. Calamris were a little stringy. Service however had not been so excellent. It wasn’t horrible but needs enhancement. I sat outside and had been left looking forward to more than ten minutes. When I eventuallydid obtain served, it had been courteous. Wine cost is reasonable.

Blue Reef is a normal favourite of ours since it's days from Permai 32 (& that is clearly a very long time). We drop by usually as soon as every 4-6 days for lunch time (when permitted recently). Always been pleased with the meals, but today was like abitter disappointment. Hubby had Halibut - his preferred seafood - in beer batter. As soon as he lower through the batter, he previously to search for the seafood flesh. We raised having less seafood with the waiter who stated some portions are usually like that. When I paid, I commented once again that people were unhappy along with his meal, however the waiter basically kept saying that occasionally they get big seafood portions, sometimes little. I suggested they have 2 various prices: 1 for huge portion & a lesser price for smaller sized portions. Waiter mentioned that wasn't possible (of which I assumed the money/stock system is usually inflexible). We weren't searching for financial settlement, but a lower price on his meal could have been acceptable. So, after 10 roughly years of semi-regular custom made, we can't notice ourselves returning if that's their attitude.

This restaurant is my in history favourite fish and chips restaurants. The beer battered grouper seafood and chips had been the very best. And the seafood chowder has been so good. Customer support was okay but I like this eating place. I come right here every Sunday.
