I was so appalled making use of their high quality, unlike 20 yrs ago. I assume they have passed on their recipe with their successors plus they have completely ruined it. We'd lunch there; because of their chicken rice, it had been deep fried poultry chop as their poultry,soup has been overly salted. Fried rice, an excessive amount of MSG and char kueh teow tasted like burnt kicap kueh teow. And the saddest component had been their paus. We ‘tapaued” 2 red coffee beans, 2 kaya and 1 beef curry. The kaya has been lumpy and tasted like flour. The reddish colored beans were tasteless. For beef curry, they utilized cheap minced beef. The total amount of 2 paus we immediately threw them apart. I couldnt have even the center to let my girl keep these things. Such pathetic pau. Also the ones marketed at petrol stations or the roadside are usually way far better. Who actually can be manning Yik Mun pau right now, you guys would like to rip off your visitors. No honesty in your organization for sure.
