This is a excellent Japanese restaurant. Tastefully made with an extremely classy atmosphere, the area will be imbued with a feeling of calm treatment. The food we'd - the beef & sashimi place menu - was of superb quality and range. The service wasalso really superior - that is something to state in a town that quite definitely understands how exactly to serve. The only real (small) complaint was that people felt we were getting pushed out at 10pm - the prior last visitors had left 1/2 hr before. As Straights Quay grows with dance clubs and residents, I believe this early closing press will go ... they'll need to support visitors that stay forever ! Straights Quay, incidentally, is quite new (May 2011) but still mainly empty, but shows guarantee to be probably the most exciting places in Penang.

This place is sufficient. Established sashimi and beef had been fine. The area has a great turn to it - but there's much better Japanese in Penang. Services was very good - priced a little high for the grade of fish - but once again -not a negative place - not exceptional.
