Superb Beef Wellington pastry was gentle and crunchy meat tender and juicy. Mixed steak moderate uncommon cooked to perfection helping enough for two. Loaf of bread and butter pudding had been great. Scones and tea established was excellent. Service by staff 5 star. Food prepared promptly. Whatmore may i say everything is merely beautiful at smokehouse cameron highlands🥰🥰🥰

Us of 4 have Afternoon tea and also had Supper at the Eating place. on the 9th Nov 2021. We loved the meals served on both events included ordering a wine . Aside from this , the atmosphere really was not presentas way too many supper tables were crowding the tiny restaurant space . The complete interior and walls had been over crowded with therefore many items . Outdoors in the garden the majority of the flower plant life weren't kept and trimmer correctly . There is no proper set up to present a lovely garden . Not properly upward kept may be the word ..Unfortunately , It was a RUN-DOWN area weighed against my few previous journeys here .

Terrible and Arrogant service. We were band of 12 plus individuals and handful of people did not really wish to eat however the employees refused to offer for several !! The waiter was as well arrogant to get the purchase and he was actually asking the guyswho weren't eating to depart. The staff must be trained to become polite. Also the menus should appeal to Vegan in addition to Vegetarian requirements.

Was looking for great scones in Cameron and discovered this eating place on the checklist. Called them up each day itself to obtain a reservation for afternoon tea but has been told that they usually do not consider reservation for afternoon tea and may just stroll in(in a rude method). When we achieved there around 3pm, we were informed to leave because they do not work afternoon tea nowadays to appeal to Christmas Eve dinner afterwards tonight. I mean you can often inform us beforehand on the telephone contact the morning therefore we don’t need to drop by and will plan for other options. We ended up getting it at Jim Thompson tea area and it was a lot more pleasant knowledge than this. Scones had been good as well. I don’t believe I’ll ever arrived at this restaurant anymore.

We walked in around 8pm and were surprised that people were actually the only real clients. It was the 1st time for all of us un this wonderful country style restaurant therefore we did not actually know what to anticipate. However after obtaining our starters, poultry liver patéand french onion soup, we understood that the chef isn't joking around. The flavor was superb! They also served do-it-yourself pickled cucumbers, that have been perfectly prepared. For mains we'd rib attention and cod seafood. The pruce was sensible, RM68 for a dish. I needed even more greens plus they brought them free of charge if charge. The program was exceptional and I could happily recommend this spot to anyone who will be searching for classic British cooking area and enjoys the older farm house cafe ambience!

Great pub, goes back to bygone yrs, sadly, just beers were nearby bottled ones, fifty percent the range unavailable. We went for foods as well, had to consume in the eating place but really wished to eat by the open up fire. Once meals was readywe sat right down to consume. A huge bowl of foods arrived, and I really do mean huge! Unfortunately, the steak and mushroom pie has been simply ok, with a heavy brown sauce, it barely ensured me and the meats though prime beef, had not been falling apart enjoy it should. The pastry lid had been baked on a tray, much less a pie, and laid at the top, 1980’s design pub grub. Ultimately left stuffed, cannot eat other things, but following the mediocre pie, I'd not want to. Priciest dinner we ate on our journey, sadly was not worthwhile at all.

Stayed from the Smokehouse on 24 May 2022 1. The lobby internal ambiance, historical building worth together with the lovely scenic garden is exclusive and worthy of visiting to admire the flora. 2. However, the area area is quite small for convenience, dimly lighted and clutteredwith overaged furniture. Also the faded images in wooded frames appear past their age in the past. One finds it hard to justify needing to spend and pay RM400-RM700 per evening. Because of my one night keep I unexpectedly experienced bed bug bites like on both of my foot. Suffer intense itch with reddish colored marks on both my leg epidermis now. 3. Food served during supper was best to explain them as mediocre. Even the costly steak doneness had been over prepared and rubbery. Thinking of its an excellent candle lighting dining and definitely with steep prices for several menu items. Cost us a complete RM277 for the mushroom soup, ribeye steak, grilled salmon and seafood & chips for just two 2 couples. Unsatisfying supper and overall results. 4. Breakfast was great despite of the waiter not really obtaining our egg orders properly. 5. Employees both at the reception had been polite and helpful. Wouldn't normally recommend the resort to my frens.

We read an assessment therefore visited the cafe for an English supper. We had been delighted with the meals, service and ambience. We'd Beef Wellington and Roast poultry. And got Bombe Alaska after years! Excellent place.
