The view from room excellent BUT the facilities extremely terrible. Hot water heater not function properly. How we may take a bath with cool water at cold temp? I have infant with me. SO VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The room furthermore dusty and looks early. The bedsheet also offers stain. lol . You pay out and got all this? That is first and final we stay right here. Pls obtain another area, another hotel.

Pros:Great view , excellent location and great foodFriendly owner ( Mr. Bala)Cons:Front table does what’s great and possible for them rather of best for the customers. Whenever we call the one who runs the area (Bala) we get specific treatment.Pricey however, not cost effective for the dollar. The areas are spacious but incredibly dirty. Can’t near the home windows and bugs had been everywhere. They should decrease the room dimension and maximize the support by square foot.Bathrooms certainly are a joke. Bad water pump for bath. Hot water only final for five minutes. The shampoo and soaps have become cheap quality.Facilities and common room locations are thus dirty. You have purchase all you touch.Overall excellent location with excellent potential but poorly managed.

When client arrived at start to see the hotel with the intention to book for next time travel, I believe its the best suggestions for owner. But appears not because of this owners. I found Cameron Highlands rather than understood about Bala's chalet therefore i came to view it. For certain it looks as location from fairy tale however the provider was awful. Very uncomfortable management/owner fulfilled us at the entry. The man who fulfilled us at the entry was attempting kick us out and deal with really unfriendly. I'm traveling all over the world and arriving at hotels without the troubles... My disposition became quite definitely down. Wish nobody will face exactly the same experience in this location.

Good place to try to escape from the noise of cars. However, car parking is bit tough but much better in comparison to my 1st go to.
