Staff was good plus they play the role of as helpful because they can. I specifically just like the the cafe supervisor as he was quite accommodating to some guests I had.Nonetheless they didn't have technical employees who could help with the TV issues. I needed for connecting my TV container to it in the area but could not obtain the HDMI interface to be fired up . The home keeping folks cannot help..The area felt very run-down. Hot water had not been working and for just two 2 days we'd to endure space temp to cool showers. Not at all something to look forwards during a cold early morning. The bath doorway knob was also damaged.The sofa bed was really unpleasant but was charged to utilize it.On the final day, had to fetch the luggage to our car by my personal. Seemed very odd because the products were delivered down from my area only to be still left unattended at the lobby.Overall, the room was run-down and believe if the hotel administration would spend to accomplish some minimal refurbishing, the resort would do much better. The exterior looks pretty and incredibly inviting though.

Easy to locate, a lot of parking areas, spacious room and restroom, both relatively clean. Infant cot was a little ancient and necessary to be constructed. One of them had not been stable but this is quickly replaced. Breakfast choice was limited but will be consistent with other resorts of exactly the same standards. Cost is quite reasonable and inexpensive. The reason behind 5 stars is completely dedicated to Excellent customer service. We'd two separate incidents which the client service desks found the rescue! There is no doubt they went beyond the excess mile to greatly help us. We have been super grateful. You'll find nothing more important to customers than reliable, honest and dependable customer service. Which means this is justifiable a 5 star from us.

Very friendly staff within the breakfast cafe. Spacious rooms, though a little dated and could work with a refurbishment. Clean. Eating place not open until 19:00 even though website and search engines maps said it had been open 08-23, but foods was excellent. Breakfast good with many choices including great omelet station.
