A taste of remembrances -- Taiping Kai Si Hor Enjoyable Heaven....! Kai si hor fun means shredded poultry rice noodles, a well-cherished hawker dish in Taiping, my hometown. With so many great stalls around and so are all equally great. I favor my favourite old locations, to get the same exact stuff. Food is definitely a reflection of who we have been, and going to those several cherished hometown eating areas is akin to creating a pilgrimage that's both obligatory and magical.
