food is so poor and slow after alter boss

We visited this put on 16th oct 2021 at 8 pm to celebrate our mom’s birthday celebration. The meals is so-so however the provider was sooooo awful. We waited 1 hr plus for consume to arrive and nearly 2 hrs for foods ahead. There were 15 folks including children. And there were few individuals around. I dont realize why it took such a long time to prepare all of the drink. Also for my simple glass of cappucino, we had to deliver back twice since it was cool cappucino!! I insisted to meet the supervisor but he didn't arrive, and sent his employees instead to get the bills. I noticed him travelling but keep staying away from our table. His personnel was humble sufficient to state sorry for such horrible support. This wd become our last stop by at this purest resort for their unproffesional services. Please advise the supervisor or deploy him to some other area plsss
