We went during the night and it was a fairly big band of us (around 18 individuals i believe). Admittedly, we had been a little boisterous, however, considering that we acquired prebooked the area, the staff could certainly have already been more patient and wonderful. They appeared tobe in a frazzled hurry and sometimes emerged off as rude. The place includes a nice ambience and contains another smoking area. Lights for pictures isnt superb. My party was mainly pleased with our food. General, its somewhere i'd go again.

Well, it is a handful of those restaurants on par of what we'd in Penang. Continue the nice work SP. We have to have significantly more of such dining places else uncertain where we can choose good meals in SP!

All their food are usually delicious with reasonable cost. The area and ambiance also ideal for close friends/family/couple to hold out. Simple the initial place enter into my mind easily have to get my spagetti.

My children and I had high impression on this cafe as we have been reading and hearing good reviews. Without a doubt more about our encounter. We were warmly welcomed by the personnel as we were getting into the premise. The personnel showedus our desk and helped to create a baby chair. Menus were distributed and we placed our orders. After that we waited for the meals to reach. Waiting we do. One at a time orders were delivered to tables where in fact the customers came afterwards than us. Lastly, I possibly could not wait any more and I requested the waiter, he mentioned the food had been prepared. After that came the set of order and onto it the time has been 8.00pm. We'd placed the purchase around 7.40-7.45pm, and the staff just keyed inside our orders with 8.00pm. No question our orders were past due. Once again I asked the waiter the reason behind it and this individual mumbled that the employees at the counter didn't type in the order. After that, one waiter arrived and questioned whether we needed the dessert to become served right away or after the dinner. We requested the dessert to end up being offered ASAP. Plus points : very nice atmosphere. The room is nicely lit, the length from one desk to some other is far more than enough to enough to make sure comfort. The air is well circulated. There is a separate open atmosphere section to appeal to smokers. Minus points : Service was substandard. Refer my knowledge above. Salutation to clients Pak cik (Uncle) or even Mak cik (aunt) - clients ought to be greeted properly, they're not your loved ones members. One of the meals ordered didn't reach all.

We have there been to celebrate our mum's birthday celebration, were lucky to obtain a table for 4 on a weekend night time, once we entered the cafe, we were served by friendly & helpful staffs. Fast support, good environment, they will have a large number of tables &chair, provide special location for smokers. Foods is served within 20 mins, huge portions with valuable cost. Good spot for special birthday, you can request thier staffs to create cake to your desk with birthday song performed at the cafe's loudspeaker. The staffs is effective too, they will assist you to take good photos.
