Amidst a raging pandemic rose a keen cafe hopeful to provide dishes with simple ingredients & cooked from the soul. “The effect must be a lot more than the sum of the its components” was what we had been told which resounded inside our minds once we dug intothe juicy Oven Roasted Iberico Infant Ribs savouring as soon as as the tender meats dissolved inside our mouth. Located inside the oldest row associated with shop houses within Subang Jaya with the 50 yr heritage, we have been excited to go to the physical cafe having a sky roof offering diners the choice to bask in sunlight, a double-frontage & staircase architecture created by contemporary designers along with the tricky contradicting job of maintaining its traditional appearance with today's flair. With faith in winning on the support of the city, they make an effort to achieve an individual touch making use of their customers by utilising WhatsApp as their major mode of placing an order. The Roasted Cauliflower with Tzatiki, though slightly charred, went submit glove with the sauce abundant with yogurt with some herbs & lemon giving it a zesty flavour. Very much love & thought went to their Apple company Crumble with Lemon Blossom Gelato topped with a crunchy crumble, gentle & moist within with a hint of cinnamon. Sensibly, they supplied a tub of ice cream which found its way to its original form & not only cream.
