There’s something not ideal with this particular branch of CBTL particularly. I live nearby therefore i come here frequently for usual magic pill of espresso.Staffs:A whole lot or youthful, arrogant, rude staffs. Study further below, testimonials from other people who said a similar thing. Of course I'm not overgeneralising, as you or two staffs remain type and accomodating, and unfortunately they are trainees.The seniors appears to have some type of a bossy attitude and I even feel bad seeing how they talk with the trainees (conversations were loud, easy to inform). Pls teach your feminine personnel in headscarf and the branch supervisor (petite, wears dark polo clothing and jeans) to talk gently, and no have to toss the plates and meals at your kitchen so loudly.Espresso:Perhaps because of the higher turnover of the staffs (just as much as We come here often We cant recall some of their staffs in comparison to almost every other cafes I’m used to), the staffs aren't trained perfectly. No consistency in drinks served.Wifi:Each and every time I make an effort to connect you’d find yourself giving me bits of document with utilized codes that could tell myself the voucher can be used. So essentially people cant hook up to the wifi. Not really the first experience. Type this out. Or simply let us know previously that the wifi will be broken.
