This place may be the worst place to choose Japanese food or introducing a pal, colleague to Japanese food. I reccomend to visit Genki Sushi, sushi king and another Rakuzen store at Gamuda Stroll Kota kemuning. First of all the service was horrible. The area wasvery unorganised and messy. Secondly once the foods was served it had been cold and the seafood skin had not been crispy at all. The sides had been average and measely. Please do not arrived at this sickening outlet. Head to Gamuda Stroll Kota Kemuning Rakuzen outlets for an improved experience.

I am uncertain why this restaurant comes with an average ranking. It can not be much worse than some other Rakuzens. The only real issue with Rakuzen Empire could it be is really a victim of its fame and location. Obtaining a location during weekends without reserving will be almostimpossible. We waited for nearly 45 moments before we obtained a table. Even i quickly would give credit score to the restaurant personnel for trying their finest despite the pressure. The meals came relatively quickly directly after we ordered. Like 7 mins for the appetisers and the dinner sets came ten minutes later. RM209.90 for a family group of two grownups and 5 children is reasonable and nobody complained of insufficient food.
