【20221028】Sunway Pyramid 分店，服务品质下降，黑海会员待遇也明显下降。满桌子的纸巾空碟子没有及时收集，直到要求清除才处理； 汤锅快见底了也没有添汤，也直到要求加汤才加； 甜品也没有主动询问 【20221029 1626hrs】刚收到“店长”的电话，这通电话完全没有意义，没有让我觉得诚意， 反而让我觉得只是在推搪责任… 失望… 没想到《黑海会员》没有任何的重视… 反而“店长” 想用什么万圣节小礼物打发… 再也不会光顾 Sunway pyramid 分店…

一直以来都很支持海底捞 甚至介绍没有来过的同事一起用餐 1店sunway pyramid是我体验过最差的一间分店 服务员的态度真的很差 难道发泄情绪 是在客人身上吗？花钱吃东西 不是来看脸色的 请问内部不是有培训过的吗？ 原来5星也会被怀疑是不是本人 哈哈
