【20221028】Sunway Pyramid 分店，服务品质下降，黑海会员待遇也明显下降。满桌子的纸巾空碟子没有及时收集，直到要求清除才处理；汤锅快见底了也没有添汤，也直到要求加汤才加；甜品也没有主动询问【20221029 1626hrs】刚收到“店长”的电话，这通电话完全没有意义，没有让我觉得诚意，反而让我觉得只是在推搪责任… 失望… 没想到《黑海会员》没有任何的重视… 反而“店长” 想用什么万圣节小礼物打发… 再也不会光顾 Sunway pyramid 分店…

一直以来都很支持海底捞甚至介绍没有来过的同事一起用餐 1店sunway pyramid是我体验过最差的一间分店服务员的态度真的很差难道发泄情绪是在客人身上吗？花钱吃东西不是来看脸色的请问内部不是有培训过的吗？原来5星也会被怀疑是不是本人哈哈
