A seafood restaurant that sell a genuine (steam)boat . With food ingredient like chicken , clam , lobster , alaska crab , fish , lady finger , diam sum , black pork slice on top of the layer of the pot and porridge in the lowerlayer of the pot . Which in turn the juice of the meals ingredient will drop right down to the porridge . Most significant is that restaurant use fresh (alive) seafood to keep the freshness , a distinctive taste from frozen seafood . The entire environment is fairly average , nothing special .

The seafood is fresh and large amount of choices. Vegetable choices less plus some are sold-out when I was there at 8pm. The theory is to steam all of the foods you ordered and the essence with drop to underneath which cook porridge. Iwould say the porridge is the better. It's opened by Hong Kong's celebrities and that could be the explanation for the pricy. That is their 1st outlet in Malaysia and 2nd will undoubtedly be opened in KL.

The seafood is quite fresh because they're live. The steam cooking method retains the sweetness of the seafood no seasonings or oil is necessary, rendering it very healthy. The juice of the seafood dripped in to the porridge below formed the essence of theporridge. I really like the Boston lobster. I never really had a tastier lobster somewhere else. The break up lobster was still moving when it had been being placed in to the steamer, that freaked my daughter out just a little. Overall, the price is fairly steep, but it's worth coming for a go.

The meal was a fascinating one: you can choose the base of one's porridge (e.g. crab, corn, etc) and the ingredients you desire. You get to pick from a vast collection of ingredients - vegetables, seafood and meat. The ingredients will thenbe steamed on the special steamer by the staff and served for you one by one. By the end of the meal, after all of the ingredients are cooked and served, you'll receive to take pleasure from the porridge. Because the porridge was cooked over an extended period of time, alongside the juices of all fresh ingredients, you'll be able to take pleasure from the sweetest and softest porridge.

we got to pick the things that we like ( the porridge base, fish/clams/prawns/fishball/vege/mushrooms. The ingredients were then steamed on the special steamer dish by dish, and finally the porridge. this can be a place where u surely got to enjoy food freshness and their original taste.the purchase price is really a bit steep though. please allocate sufficient time if you opt to dine here. (at the very least 1.5 hrs - 2hrs)

The area is nice but three tables of customers including us were at one corner. We were ushered there rather than allowed to choose place. What is the usage of having this type of large and nice place then ? Toilet was a long way away butthe toilet pan in the Gents was filthy such as a public toilet. What annoyed me most was that people were told forget about beef no more fish ball set directly after we have been seated for quite a while. 725pm we placed our orders. 914pm our dinner ended. The crispy chicken arrived last ( they forgot ) and we were repeatedly told the incorrect thing as to the time it will require. I had a guest who was simply allergic to seafood and he previously to view us eating clams, tiger prawns, lobster, and only had the assorted mushrooms and the vege along with his rice that was spefically requested for the guest getting the crispy chicken. My bill found Rm 390.70 but I felt the staff usually do not deserve the Rm35.52 Service Charge I came to try the initial method of having food steamed one at a time nonetheless it was too frustrating and I was embarassed that my guest was served the chicken only at 9pm.

Love the crab porridge within the steamer. Love that the meals are steam, fresh, healthy & delicious. Will undoubtedly be back!
