The loaf of bread doesnt seem fried also it just appears like a breads soaked in drinking water. Their truffle fries simply tasted like regular fries with only delicate flavor of the truffle (you cant even odor the truffle). Therefore i questioned the waiter to provide me even more truffle or truffle essential oil(?) and he explained they fry the fries making use of truffle oil and still left afterwards. The spicy mayo preserved the fries but overpowered the truffle flavor completely. The grilled poultry taste so difficult that it had been hard to munch on.
