My first stop by at this food court. Thoroughly clean and spacious but don't expect an enormous food court. Its similar to an enormous corner lot kopitiam. Probably about 10 stalls. The very first stall on the proper side acts all fuzhou noodles...just like the sitiawan signature burgandy or merlot wine mee suah (longevity noodle) to the potatoes dumplings mee hoon (rice noodle). We made a decision to try just the potatoes dumplings minus the noodles. Yummy! You obtain the potato taste immediately unlike some which has a lot more flour than potatoes. The filling is similar to char siu...fried minced pork. RM3 per golf ball that comes with plenty of spinach and mustard simply leaves in the soup. Its really worth all the function...cooking and smashing upward the potatoes and producing into dough etc. Another uncommon fuzhou noodle will be lengthy yen (egg noodle with combination of starch flour etc create into slim omelette and reduce into toned strips). Serves with seafood balls and pork slices in delicious anchovies soup. Will attempt fish head noodle out of this stall on my following go to.The Singapore fried noodle from another stall was nothing to shout about.
