Among the best dark brown sugar biscuit I've ever tasted. The sugary fillings doesn’t get tough after maintaining it for couple of days unlike those commercialise one it switched hard such as a rock after a few years. Tao Sa Pieh will be good as well, the crust will be flaky to my liking and the fillings are usually generous. Moreover, all the biscuits listed below are freshly made without the preservative and it’s 100% handmade, baked in conventional oven. It’s a family group owned business and everyone members have become friendly people.
