Regretably there is absolutely no Dapur Darling within Petaling Jaya or I'd frequent this family run business even more simply because my neighbourhood 'to go' to restaurant. It should not be easy owning a good eating place during Covid moments but Dapur Darling is wanting it's best! Fromthe bright green exterior, everything indoors is exclusive and one of a sort. There exists a good selection of local and western alacarte options to match every palette and dont get me started with the variety of lovely deserts. I'm talking quality foods right here from the lightess yummy bite dimension cucuk udang to the house produced mee curry of Dapur Darling. It isn't just the decor that's outstanding, so may be the food! From the plating to garnishing, everything is hand picked and selected for freshness and pizazz. Dapur Darling isn't your regular cozy part stall. Understandably, the costs will reflect for an increased standard of high quality, admist a simply special environment. To avoid dissapointment, increase your expectations. Expect to pay out a good price for an excellent meal in a good and clean atmosphere, and you may enjoy your dinner here. The bespoke interior, selection of cutleries, plating etc were all hand picked to evoke an individual touch, what's mostly missing in other restaurants. I'm doubtful such selections covers the original investments but Dapur Darling had been concieved as a family group run business, made to provide a category of entrepreneurs, creative room under one roofing. This benefits the client who dines in convenience in an established cosy and clean cafe with great food choices in Shah Alam!
