Not convenient in comparison to other outlets because of bad maintenance. Aircond abruptly off whenever we re nevertheless eating. So hot. Restricted tables open up for dine-in and we have been not able to obtain the spot that people like (for 5 folks including 3 children). The majority of the menus can be purchased out by enough time we arrived (around 1 30pm). Very dissapointed. But there's 1 male staff who's very friendly (not at all the supervisor/permanent staff putting on grey uniform). He continued apologizing due to what occurred and chit chatting a little, not as lousy because the other 1. Therefore Im still alright despite everything mentioned above.

09/05/2022 - Around 6.45 pm - 7.00 pm, I found eliminate 1 whole cake. I believe there is some quarrel between your staffs as they appeared disinterested to assist me.11/06/2022 - Came for eating around 5.30 pm. Plenty of menus was unavailable. We purchased two shinjuku bakes (1 maple and 1 caramel), waiter mentioned maple no more available, so we choose both caramel, ultimately waiter send only one 1 caramel‍♂️. I purchased hot chocolate drink, after that waiter send fruit juice watermelin drink I question what were they carrying out in your kitchen, seems therefore hallucinated.I'm not looking towards come here once again, will choose other branches.
