Very slow service. Purchased nasi goreng ayam rangup, and got cool nasi goreng bodoh with absolutely nothing in it. Request them to change it out, and got a brilliant warm nasi goreng with extremely hot plate. Probably too much time microwaved, the nasi dried. Staff not friendly. Most severe SR i also been.

great service from supervisor working in handling crowd consumer but i see insufficient staff. multitasking manager great job and all the best. i am hoping Secret recipe administration can truly add more staff to greatly help the manager many thanks

The area is understaffed. Services a little slow. Also, lately had an experience where in fact the berry cheesecake they offered us tastes sour, nothing like the most common berry sour. Like spoilt milk. We visited at 9pm. Probably the cheese went bad.
