Pizzahut paling bodoh pena jumpa. Staf semua bangang2 tak pandai pakai fon..dlm sistem purchase nevertheless pending..nak dekat sejam kena sidai aku masuk kedai purchase dah terbiar atas meja..kebangangan apakah? Staf da bole resign semua takyah keja kalo tanak keja. Yang nak kata aku percaya sistem tak reti examine kedai, korang bole tanya shop lain dorang buat design mcm mana..org boleh regard masa kau, kau regard balik masa orang lain.

Saya nk puji seorang staff members branch pizza hut di bukit rimau ni...Saya order pizza guna meals panda... Bleh plak rider pood panda ni salah hantar purchase... Saya contact blk pizza hut bukit rimau ni dan beritahu masalah yg dihadapi. Dengan pantas personnel disana terus ganti dan hantar yg baru kepada saya...Waktu kejadian : 8.30 mlm, 16.10.2021Personnel ni bernama AINA BATRISYIA Maintain WITH GOOD Function AND GOOD ETHIC.

Dear Pizza Hut Bukit Rimau, PLEASE ENHANCE YOUR BAD SERVICE. At the moment I arrived in and remain infront of the cashier. The cashier nevertheless busy using her cell phone unnoticed i has been there waiting. That's fine for me initially. I quickly proceed payment since i have just found takeaway the pizza. I wish to make payment through spend wave and the employees said “cash just”. Luckily i introduced along money with me. Therefore after payment is performed, I requested for receipt (for claim objective). Then the employees said the receipt device struggles to operate, therefore i cant obtain it. So, how I'm supposed to claim???
