Servis lambat. 40 minit tunggu di kedai. After that, bila nampak dah siap tanya tu saya punya ke personnel boleh kata tunggu kejap ye kak saya kena examine dulu. Bukan susah mane pun. Examine dekat sebelah awak je pun dik. Boleh pulak dia pergi entertain 3 client lagi lepastu. Yang saya ni berdiri la menunggu bila dia nak examine. Tak verify pun lepastu. Terpaksa la tunggu lagi sampai la rasa tak tahan nak tunggu terus masuk dalam balik. Tanya dah siap ke? Personnel lain kata baru je siap. Adoi. Agak2 ler pun nak menipu. Tengok pizza tu dah lama siap kot. Dah lama ade dekat situ. Haha. Angin je rasenye. Bila pegang pizza tu mmg rasa sejuk dah

Reached the counter at 8.45pm and personnel mentioned only could make the purchase after half an hour as they have way too many on the internet orders.Not merely today everytime whenever we go at 9pm they'll said the majority of the product is fineshed.Have to improve the service.

Unfortunately this but may pizza hut management take action to your employees here? After all the personnel who incharge at the counter. Please train her to grin and speak politely to consumer. She in no way greet us and the most severe part is her tone of voice intonation when she speak to the customer i could say it really is rude.
