I've waited 10-20 minutes while watching counter. I noticed the staff inside noticed me, but was occupied preparing food, therefore i waited for awhile to allow them to come out. Another client came, not at the counter, one employees arrived providing instant provider for the meals served outside. From then on customer paid, another consumer came and was noticed to immediately. Maybe it had been my fault because I held quiet, therefore i locked eye with the employees and mentioned "Mak cik, saya dah lama tunggu, nak purchase juga", I was totally ignored. Actually, I look totally Chinese despite being 3/4 malay. Uncertain if racist, but that has been simply the most severe experience I experienced patiently waiting to purchase rather than even being taken care of.
