Lucky to hv this type of business at iCentral but service can be mediocre. Staffs appear irritated at cashier. They would like to use QR program code but they expect one to know their program works. After ordering, wished to spend, obtained irritated with me for attempting to pay instantly. I allow you to get are busy, probably put clearer instruction. In case you are understaff, after that hire more personnel. Solve the problem, not really obtain irritated at your visitors for patronising your organization.

Perhaps the many lousy service as of this place. Everytime i reach this location, its either shut for dine set for dinner. Seriously ya, u operate at a mall, and closing at 7.30pm. The next time i arrived noticed ppl inside for supper but denied entry aswell! What nonsense will be this? Management pls take notice! Anyway not gonna check out u again.. all the best

In Search engines the closing period is 10pm. We reach 7.30pm and has been told store is closed while you can find other patrons still eating within. What the he'll!

Tried their Hainan poultry chop and espresso. The poultry chop is good however, not the nice sour version that's ubiquitous for Hainan edition. It is a watered down edition and may not really be as savoury when compared to sweet sour type. The chop includes two slices of breads but the sauce isn't sufficient for dipping. The espresso is great though and pricing will be reasonable.

My first-time here which is my final. The environment was great but need enhancement on customer support. I ordered Spicy Poultry which from the title itself ought to be spicy rather I obtained rice with poultry filled with soy sauce! When requested to the aunty (whom I really believe had been the chef), she stated this is actually the spicy poultry and she told unless you like it it is possible to change and requested me to debate to the counter to improve. More than the counter, there is a vintage uncle, with whom I described that the spicy chicken just preferences soy sauce and that I'd like to improve to lemon chicken that he sarcastically said imagine if the lemon poultry is not lemon sufficient for you! Wow, simply wow to your customer support!!! That is my last time indeed
