I can see that they're short on personnel. But somehow I really do believe that something is incorrect making use of their system too. I really do wish A&W Malaysia can enhance on the service. I don’t brain queueing for 15 mins and waited for 30 mins for my foods to prepare yourself (already cool when collected). It’s that I don’t believe others got exactly the same patience degree as mine. 5 superstars given simply for your staff commitment (I must say i appreciate their effort) and because A&W will be my all-time favourite comfort meals.
