The ginger fish fillet was pleasurable, well seasoned and prepared so kudos to the prepare. But, the oyster egg ought to be better removed from the menus. Oyster is not an easy task to store frozen, i acquired an extremely grainy and mushy oyster and dare never to consume it. Plus, the egg had been burnt and tasted really bitter so I simply threw the whole lot in the bin.
