Bad food high quality. Although lacking staff, customer support skill have to improve a whole lot. Wouldnt recommend one to come here since it was so poor. And it consider 45 mins for the meals to be serve also it was cold. Therefore dissappointed :(

Service personnel semakin teruk. Da lama nak buat complain tetapi tak sampai hati. Sebelum pkp hingga sekarang 11/9/22, jam 7.05pm, saya purchase toribug 5 plate. Employees ramai tetapi bila dapat purchase tunggu sejam baru sampai. Bila sampai, toribug sejuk baru keluar dari freezer... (Toribug is the best food di sushi eating place). Setahu saya, dipanaskan sebelum dihidang. Tetapi ini tidak dipanaskan sebelum dihidang. Rasanya staff members dia geram kot sebab kita sebagai client menunggu makanan sampai, jadi mesti tanya waiter sebab da lama menunggu dan terlalu lama lepas tu makanan sampai sejuk. Memang merasa sejuk beku. Bukan sejuk biasa. Sejuk yang betul² keluar dari freezer lepas tu assist pada consumer. Wow that amazing support. Employees yang bekerja di sushi the mines hari ni semuanya group perempuan. Supervisor pun perempuan berbadan besar. Provider Memang mengecewakan. Saya makan bukan free of charge. Saya duduk, makan dan bayar. Lepas tu saya beritahu pada employees yang saya tak makan habis meals yang baru sampai sebab sejuk beku. Sempat merasa 1 toribug sahaja. Saya ni suka sushi. Tapi itulah, saya da terlalu kecewa. Bukan sekali masuk, da banyak kali. Kali ni first-time dapat yang makanan macam ni sejuk beku. Harap² perut sihat malam ni. Esok tak tahulah...

Acquired to queue for a long period because of cga event with mines2 but nevermind, usually never queue just that one time. Foods was quick however the salmon skin continually oos. Will visit again coz employees very helpful.

Not necessarily good service and food items here !Staff thus slow to serve people and also to pay have to call then couple of times.. about foods not necessarily good and particularly rotten veggies and plate not necessarily clean too.

This is my last time and energy to dine at Sushi King, uninstalled the app aswell. Went for lunch nowadays at 3PM for Sushi Bonanza, there is only one 1 staff on to the floor, sushi choice keep repeating and contains less than 10 choices to select. Dirty soy sauce bottle and leaking aswell even with changed with some other bottle. Food isn’t clean at all specifically unagi and salmon. That is seriously worst expertise, Empire Sushi is indeed far better and worth the amount of money. I will not really dine at any Sushi King anymore
