This is simply not my first visit, I will choose here when I arrived at The Mines, I love the food. However nowadays I made comment when i bump right into a incident that the employees took away all of the spoons and forks and We simply staring on our foods, I inquire why they took apart, she thought to refill tableware container. I has been like why can’t you took another desk one which fully refilled and swap with ours in order that we don’t have to stare on our meals and waiting for you to refill... Nevertheless Foods still good!

There is just 2 tables( including me)... The staff just serve the table before me and disregard me, not having my purchase. Am I a soul? Ghost? I waited a lot more than 30mins....The tables before me, their food/product alrd been serve YET YET ANOTHER SERVE MEAfter I called the employees, and I said "I waited almost half hr, she ignored me didn't even say sorry if you ask me(customer). BAD SERVICE!!!!!Poor ATTITUDE1 June 2019

Usual things like ramen, udon, bento fixed etc. Nothing magnificent, another operate of mill normal restaurant selling japanese foods. Not as bad mainly because some described, dont believe they put themselves away as fancy or genuine. Cost range is reasonable.

Worst Japanese food. In no way tasted such poor Japanese meals. Rice used isn't Japanese rice.

这里的“饭”居然是用马来西亚的饭而不是日本“米饭”…投诉了又不了了之…失望。反看回Google地图里的照片也是一样马来西亚米饭，不懂是认为客户不懂得分类还是店家为了节省成本营业
