This is actually the worst restaurant that I've had..Their service is nothing plus they charged for this.Fish not fresh.Prices isn't according to portion.

This restaurant in the mines gets worst . Poor service , stroll in and sat up for grabs , no one will last. Banned for life !Increase: Of course it isn't during closing time, actually it was lunchtime on 1.20 pm on 14 April 2022. Only 2 server were working, these 2 server instead provide a table of 5 pax in those days and there's another table of just one 1 pax looking forward to his meal to reach. We call out on her behalf to move us a menus but switch to deaf ear. Extremely disappointing and could not part of to Esquire cooking area in the Mines.

Had a distressing experience in your cafe yesterday. We visited your restaurant for supper together with my children. Among your waitress questioned us showing our MY Mysejahtera one at a time very rudely. Instantly we dropped our appetite and spoilt our feeling for your day. She should request in polite manner just like the phrases " Please show.....or CAN I verify your....", We sensed insulted when she mentioned " you leh...you leh!" That is strictly not suitable in service industry specifically in F&B. That is probably our 1st and last stop by at your restaurant. Hope administration can enhance your customers service standard.
