Coliseum food is definitely satisfying although the cost is on the bigger side.But frankly, i nevertheless missed the nice ol' Coliseum that was previously stationed on Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman which sadly, have been discontinued through the pandemic. It's been around for a century old. I really like that the staffs that was previously there were still attempting to maintain the older nostalgia. It comes with an old, rusty 1920's uk colonial vibes that I must say i adored. The side meals for the steaks and chops had been served within an old fashioned method as well that was mashed potato with large gravy and veggie stew. Thoughts is broken finished with your meal you can walk right into another door where a vintage vintage-looking bar with wood seats and old natural leather cushions awaits you. SUNLIGHT rays would shine through the aged windowpane and the bar will be quiet, that was truly ideal for a day drink by yourself accompany by way of a good vintage guide. The waiters carried themselves professionally plus they all speak effectively, with classy slang. Menus items were vast, you would be indulged with a number of local cuisines along with western. Oh, remember how they would assist your sizzling chops or steaks with a pressing cart exactly like old periods! That produced me feel very special :)The present day Coliseum today, properly, the meals is good, i've no complains. Yet somehow, it really is losing the traditional vintagy touch it as soon as had. The final i went the Menus selections was brought right down to several, limited choices.Side meals for the chops and steaks became the present day aspect salad and wedges. It isn't bad, but it isn't the Coliseum i as soon as loved.Nevertheless, service is great and the meals is good specifically the grills, really worth a shot :) .

The meals taste was OK, reasonably waiting time for the meals to arrive. However the service was really poor, attempted to flag a waiter to obtain our bill but not one of the 6 waiter/ess made eye get in touch with. They noticed us waiving but simply keep serving others. So when they passes us, we attempted requesting the bill - again simply ignore. Not a nod. Actually rude and bad. Regardless of how hectic or untrained you're, making eye contact definitely is the first principle in the guide! Oh btw we dined at 3pm on a Sunday.
