As i know, once you order nitro cool brew from CBTL, it isn't be served with ice. However my order was included with ice, which my nitro chilly brew has already been diluted upon arrival. Make sure you ensure the helping of nitro cool brew may be the same through all outlets of CBTL, basically Simply no ICE in the nitro frosty brew !
