Last Fri 30 Nov 2018, my hubby took me for breakfast with Temasya Restaurant on Movenpick KLIA for my birthday celebration. Once we drove down numerous kilometers from Petaling Jaya, we attained Temasya at 10.55 am. We requested for Eggs Benedict. The waitress arrived backto state that it had been not possible because they near breakfast at 11.00 am. We after that requested for buffet lunch time at 12.00 noon. Exactly the same waitress said there is no buffet lunch time as there was insufficient customers that day. Right before we still left, a supervisor promised us there is buffet lunch and questioned us to return in a single hour. We furthermore saw them establishing the buffet counter. Whenever we returned at noon the chef informed us that buffet lunch time had been cancelled as there is insufficient customers that time. We waited 1 hour for nothing at all !! I’ve travelled around the globe but this is actually the first-time I’ve been treated such as this !!

I usually travel with loved ones all around the entire world, We used to remain at 5 stars or even 4 stars resort if the 5 superstars unavailable. But tthere had been something specific about Temasya restaurant. Don't assume all 5 stars resort have great meals, but Movenpick inKLIA they will have a tasty breakfast buffet, tasty, and something that you need to possess again and again, that's at Temasya Eating place. The executive chef has been furthermore a humble experienced individual. And the F&B supervisor mr Syed offered us with excellent hospitality. During the 30 days of May in addition they made a good Iftar Ramadhan buffet the menus had many variations, plus the taste were suggested.

We recently stayed from Movenpick and had breakfast and supper at Temasya restaurant. Both buffets were extensive and catered to western along with local / international tastes. Plenty of variety and choice! Service was good, albeit not so busy when wewere there, but personnel were very polite and attentive

Poor assistance, unknowledgeable staff, massive delays inside ordering and foods delivery. Good selection of food options, nevertheless the taste of our meals were very ordinary.

Movenpick Hotel is quite beautiful and classy! The staffs are usually fantastically helpful and we felt quite welcomed n valued! The options of food are perfect n taste excellent!
