Don't ever order beverages out of this outlet again once we alredy purchasing my jasmine green tea extract also need to await quite a while. Even others ordering past due from us alredy obtain brownish sugar pearl milk tea.Await so long furthermore the jasmine green tea extract tasteless. The employees forgot to place fructose and we buying half ice however they reach us no ice. What the hell.!!!We alredy watch them in addition they still not concentrate on their work but still maintain cheating with her buddy. What the hell!!!

Drinks are great but very Dishonest personnel. I ordered a glass or two for RM9.95 and covered it to only be informed that the beverage I ordered was sold-out therefore i was asked to select a different drink. Therefore, I chose another beverage that been cheaper by 50 cents however the employees refused to refund me my cash and insisted that the purchase price was exactly the same. I inquired for the receipt however they also refused to provide it to me. It had been both cashier and the supervisor of the shop at around 9pm on July 22 2019.

Staffs were quite inattentive, they started getting the drink without requesting sugar or ice degree and also without completion of transaction. Ended up with a typical nice and ice cube stuffed bubble tea.

Don’t arrived at this outlet buy any kind of beverages unless, those stupid personnel got changed. All of the Malay guy employees Very rude mindset , stupid assistance and tease client. Why this personnel can do therefore rude and stupid to the client?First, While we purchasing drinks, don’t listen correctly and keep asking apa apa actually order wrong beverages, don’t know why may therefore dumb and rubbish. 2nd things, they dun offer any plastic bag also provide us the plastic material trash!What the stupid personnel can perform this stupid to consumer?

Cool drinks is definitely good.Cost ranged from 6-12 RM. Their signature will be pearl milk tea with dark brown sugarPearl is preferable to other stall since it has gummy consistency.Overprice a bit but still ok
