Just what a rip away from!!! Anyone taking a trip from KLIA, USUALLY DO NOT patronize this outlet. EASILY could provide them a poor rating, I would however the lowest is really a one-star

Very bad service... Await few mins standing in the front counter, just a female staff endure serve me. The personnel keep talking to another staff when I buying. When I informed her purchase wrongly she provided me an frustrating stare... Basic White Coffee too nice with RM9.20... No chopsticks available, no cells... Will never return back again... Service in no way change better after couple of years, wow... How do they operate such a long time in KLIA? Personally i think harmful to KLIA impression to vacationers...
