The roasted lamb, sakura shrimps and gelato are good. The others is okay. The aircon water will be dripping, almost experienced my meals. No apology provided and minimum amount assistant moving desk. Overall a disappointment for a 5-star resort restaurant.

As the quality of the meals (excellent portions) is ok and the decor and ambience of the cafe is very pleasant, the amount of service that people expected from the five-star hotel dining establishment remaining significantly to be desired. As soon as we walked in and sat down, we encountered a single blunder after another, which still left our celebration of five sensation disappointed. I purchased a plate of seafood and chips, that i saw the chef got still left on the counter for the waiter to deliver to my desk. To my dismay, it sat there unattended for nearly five minutes. By enough time I notified among the waiters and he delivered it to my desk, it had been already slightly lukewarm as the whole location is air-conditioned. (The air-conditioner vent was furthermore dripping on me at some time at night.) This is unacceptable. We questioned to talk with the supervisor, who was excellent and apologetic, and appeased us with complimentary fruit, espresso and biscuits. That composed for a few of the disappointment we felt previous. I truthfully think the eating place is quite pleasant and definitely includes a lot of potential. Nevertheless, the staff should raise their high quality of service.
