Dear BMS OrganicsI wish to file complaint upon an employee who worked because the cashier at KLIA2. We'd a negative experience when We visited the KLIA 2 airport terminal branch yesterday at around 5pm .As a person , normally we will feel the menu and purchase a thing that we like. We recognize that a few of the cashier will recommend a thing that they think great and worth in worth. But this lady personnel who offered us yesterday in some way recommended us to purchase the herbal tea that is actually price us 20 ringgit. We didn’t have to be able to look at the price in the menus and we purchased the organic tea predicated on rely on and assumed that the natural tea cost wouldn’t price us a lot more than 10 ringgit . Once we assumed that it's quite common a beverage cost will never be as costly as a collection meal. We are unaware that the actual price for the tea has been $20 ringgit until we checked the receipt. That is totally unacceptable to possess such an expensive organic tea without having to be informed by her. THEREFORE I approached her and inquired her for a refund but had been responded that the tea was already served. We have been very dissatisfied with her unethical solution to raise the sales and at the very least she should alert us once the tea actually price us like nearly a plate of noodle set. In order that we can choose additional beverage from the menus. We really appreciate that you could take further activity and train all of your staff to become more ethical and sincere in conducting business. Tasty and filling but just a little pricey.Purchase first and served afterwards.There’s a desk with strength socket which may be important when looking forward to your flight.Charge card accepted but the device couldn’t connect - neither for me personally nor the clients before and after.

Ate here twice within 2 days as the food was so excellent! The laksa, hakka lei cha, garlic soy toast and beverages were all absolutely tasty also it was awesome to possess so several yum animal-free choices on the menus to pick from. Vegetarians should come earlier to the airport merely to eat at BMS!

Poor experience. Waited for my foods for 1 hr plus they completely forgotten it. Questioned for a refund when i couldn't wait any more to catch my trip. But I had been left without choice because they refused refund and insisted that I await them to pack my meals. Terrible experience. Staff not really polite. Not recommended. Meals is just so therefore and pricey.We dont even desire to give 1 star
