Dear BMS OrganicsI wish to file complaint upon an employee who worked because the cashier at KLIA2. We'd a negative experience when We visited the KLIA 2 airport terminal branch yesterday at around 5pm .As a person , normally we will feel the menu and purchase a thing that we like. We recognize that a few of the cashier will recommend a thing that they think great and worth in worth. But this lady personnel who offered us yesterday in some way recommended us to purchase the herbal tea that is actually price us 20 ringgit. We didn’t have to be able to look at the price in the menus and we purchased the organic tea predicated on rely on and assumed that the natural tea cost wouldn’t price us a lot more than 10 ringgit . Once we assumed that it's quite common a beverage cost will never be as costly as a collection meal. We are unaware that the actual price for the tea has been $20 ringgit until we checked the receipt. That is totally unacceptable to possess such an expensive organic tea without having to be informed by her. THEREFORE I approached her and inquired her for a refund but had been responded that the tea was already served.
