Bad experience inside kfc tj mart kulai.I almost waiting ten minutes inside front counter to create order but nobody arrived at take my order. Poor administration in kfc tj mart kulai. If u no good enough staff better near your shop. Stupid manager

I simply dine in today as of this store , the airconditioning really was bad ,we can experience it's freaking hot whenever we were eating.

Very awful experience! I believe you guys should simply close the procedure. We waited for such a long time for the meals to prepare yourself. It so scorching to dine in right here! We questioned the staff to show on the aircond however they said it’s currently on. We dine in sweat. We have been customer and cutting price doesn’t seem sensible as we purchase the service tax. I'll report this to top of the management. This type of shame!

Large spot to dine inside however so very bad service. Bad personnel mindset. Long que of waiting around with very short employees. Make sure you KFC in order to improve end up like McD!
