Depressing to a point that it makes you wonder about the series of bad choices one has to make in life to end up paying to sit before a meal go for this. Nonetheless, a little solace can be found in the siew yuk, which is at least edible. The centralized Woltter brand, rarely seen in hawker centers, also arouses suspicion. Woltter lies in the deserted corner of emcorp stand development, nestled amidst what could own been a dazzling area.
