Not bad but feel like overrated by my friends. It attracted me because of I can have one pot on my own and they provided one option for vegetarian.

We came for dinner. Restaurant opens at 6pm, we arrived at 6.10pm and it was already full =.=. We put our name and came back at 7pm. I like the concept of different soup base and you have your own pot to cook.When the waitress brought our food, she explained how we should cook it and when to put the soup. Each pot comes with meat, pot of veggies and noodles. Meat given is fairly little, mostly are veggies in the pot. So probably you have to add on things (ala-carte things are not reasonably priced, at least I don't feel so).We had Sukiyaki & Classic Valuepot. Like the taste of Sukiyaki based soup. It's sufficient to satisfy your craving for steamboat.

I really love everything are orange and white in the theme design of Two Pesos! I really enjoyed this steamboat, especially I love Japanese Sukiyaki soup. The Japanese Sukiyaki Pot is high recommended! Another interesting soups which you should try are Milky Seafood Pot and Mongolian Herbs Pot. You can choose rice or mee in the pot, and add meats - lamb, or beef or chicken. So yummy. I love it!

Two Pesos 两披索靓锅 is a Taiwan Mini steamboat / hot pot restaurant at SS2, Petaling Jaya. We noticed this restaurant when we went to buy Chatime which is next to it and it has since became our favourite place for a steamboat dinner that is nice and not expensive. This steamboat / hot pot place is very different from our local steamboat restaurants as it offers many kinds of different soups and comes in mini personal pot. According to the website. the soups at Two Pesos are invented by a golden awards winning chef, Ben Chen and his team.

I guess I am the odd one has there are load of good review about this place, however my taste bud does not fit it.Find that it is overrated, soup were quite bland. Mongolian soup are the outstanding ones. For this place, price and presentation is the winner of it. Others is for you to judge yourself as for taste, you either like it or do not like it. . .

The que can be quite long during school holidays and dinner time. Popular with teenagers. Good ambience. Refillable clear soup. Tissue paper provided. Good portion.

Their concept is personal steamboat whereby each person could order a package of steamboat according to their preferences. Looking at so many good reviews here, I set my expectation up high.I ordered the mongolian one and it taste okay, feels like so many spices and herbal thingy. All my other friends ordered the bbq one and Japanese sukiyaki which I found also just okay. The thing I disappointed was that all of us were ordering extra meat and and we were quite shock looking at how little the meat was. Well, at least they have nice sauce and condiment.
