I was a non-sushi person back then but man, when my friends dragged me here to have a taste of their Mentaiko Spider Roll & Tamago Mentai, it is heaven in my mouth! For someone who doesn't like sushi, well, you might want to just try Sushi Zanmai!

Had the most disappointing experience today at sushi zanmai. Ordered teriyaki chicken ramen. Waited 45 MINUTES for the ramen to come. The ramen itself was so unsatisfying. The teriyaki chicken was BURNT. It was bitter and unpleasant.

I really like this place. Staff is extremely nice and attentive. The food is awesome pawesome. I really like the salad, especially the dressing. The ramen and udon are just enough but not filling. The food here affordable.

Probably one of my favourite places for sushi, My friends and I always have our sushi fix here. If you wanna go for the sushi, order from the menu instead of taking the ones on the belt, it would taste so much better since it's made to order. My go to order is Tamago mentai and ebidon. The soba is quite good here as well. Tamago mentai is amazingg, it's addicting. The Ebidon is rice with tempura prawn and eggs. The spicy salmon maki isn't spicy at all, though I feel that it would taste better if it was more spicy. Its good and filling if you're hungry. If you go at peak dining times, a long line forms so try to go just before main meal times to avoid a long queue.

Today is my Salad Day again. I've ordered the Wakame Toufu Salad with Japanese Wafu Dressing. The Japanese Wafu Dressing here is slightly different with the normal one I ate. The taste of it is creamy.

On 21/4/2018, went to the shop cause my friend said it got the best sushi in town.. I don't know I want to come back here or not again cause, I wait for around 45 minute for my Spring Tendon to be served and the best part is, I'm not there even during lunch hour. I went there around 3.30, after lunch hour already. To be honest, quiet disappointed with the food served. Totally taste like something you can make on your own, the food is bland and guess what, the egg is definitely something come out straight from freezer, so cold. I don't know whether it should be served cold or what, definitely not going to complain on the spot cause I don't want to wait for another 45 minutes for my replacement food to arrive lol. During payment, luckily I do check the bills first before paying because it include something we did not order or eat, so guys, please be careful and do check your bills before paying them. However, do deserve a star because the sushi is damn fresh, thats the good point only la. And their staff, doesn't even bother to ask what is wrong because I think, they definitely can see that our table is empty and do people just go there lepak and drink hot green tea without ordering any food? We need to call them and mention that our food haven't arrive yet. urghhh Definitely will think more than twice to eat here again.

If you're up for Japanese food that's been cooked well, Pasta Zanmai is a safe choice. So safe that even kids would like it here. Back in my days, there wasn't such a thing as affordable Japanese food. All of them were just expensive as they were opened by Japanese people. Kids these days are so fortunate.

One of the best cooked sushi places in Malaysia. I stayed in Malaysia for around 2 years and i atleast visited this place a 100 times. Really loved the sushis here and also the salads.salmon mentai roll is one of my absolute favourites. Along with Mentaiko spider roll. I always order the green tea because its a perfect balance.Price : ResonableStaff : FriendlyAmbience : Very comfy
