One of the better sushi chains (compared to sushi king et cetera). However, service has really deteriorated since it's initial years. Food quality has also experienced a major drop. Used to be worth the price, but it's value has dropped since.

What used to be great has deteriorated a lot. Service is pretty much non existent and food is not as good either. Sushi train was nearly empty when we came and barely got refilled. Had to ask a waiter for specific plates instead. Destroys the point of the sushi train doesn't it?

The food is okay but the service is slow, order 2 bowl of ramens and sushi but it arrive an hour later. It wasn't even peak hour. When paying at the counter, the staff was rude and impolite toward customers. Never gonna go back there again.

Really disappointed with their service.Pressed on the call button for 4 times but no one came to our table to take our orders.In the end,we have to 'manually' call one of the waiters who was attending to another table of customers who came later than us.

Love their tamago mentai and Cha soba. Affordable price for Japanese food and nice ambience. Clean and fast service. Except for the super long queue during peak hours.
