Moderator can I please be a critic if I am not happy with a service and provide reason for it?Anyway I visited Bali's this joint for the very first time around 2pm for a drink or two. The waiter greeted me and I could pick my seat at it was empty inside at that time. I avoided sitting out since it was a sunny day, surprisingly 🙂 I ordered for pulit hitam and honey, mint and honeydew drinks.Pulit Hitam was OKish. The one at Empire Shopping mall was better. This one tasted more like rice starch water and missed the lemongrass stalk.Honey, mint and honeydew drink or shall I say smoothie 😉 was good since fruity.I settled the bill by cash since below credit card swipe limit of RM30 and left the place.

The servings are huge. I ordered nasi champur so I can taste all other menu coz it's a combination of almost all. I just don't like the fried craker, too toasted tasted bitter. I also had avocado shake which is really creamy and thick.

Nice ambiance, we sat outside.Waiters are attentive.Had the squid and chicken, portion was good and it was amazing, the sauce was really good. Wish the squid was bigger because i can't get enough of it.Had the nasi campur also delicious.We came the following day for tea, also sat outside, it was abit stuffy because of the hot sun and even with fan. Would be great if they put stronger powered fan or a cooler.Had hot lemongrass & ginger tea but more like ginger tea, not enough of lemongrass.

Love this place! Service was great. Staffs were friendly and efficient. We ordered nasi campur, siap mepanggang, Soto Ayam, grilled squid salad, pisang bakar. Everything tasted so good! The pisang bakar sweetness is just right! Love this dessert. Couldn’t wait to come back here again

My second visits here and decided to give a review of this place. ✅ very nice decor with fresh flowers all over the place.. ✅ generous food portion, I can't even finish my own Balinese trio ✅ the matah sambal is soooooooo delicious..✅ non smoking restaurant but u always can smoke outside the resto ✅ wifi available ✅ the staff was very friendly and constantly asked us if everything is ok 💯 will come again 👍🏼

Very nice place, really good ambience. Luckily they had options for vegetarians.Little hot for outside sitting but they made up with coolers.

Awesome balinese food.Delicious food and very generous portion. Never yet been disappointed. Loved their chocolate milkshake. Staffs are very friendly. The environment was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended

Its just 10.30pm, my partner and I are still having our dinner..rushing to gobble down all our food. I hope we dont choke. The staffs have taken our candle,our untaken seats indicating they want us out. We find this rude. 10mins later they showed us the bill without asking us or have the courtesy to inform they need to close. By far, this is the rudest customer service we have been to. The food is expensive with just 10% of Balinese taste achieved. Personally i think customer service is important, it shows u care. Just because u want to pack up and leave on time have at least the courtesy to respect your patrons. -Unsatisfactory experience.

The food was great, however you should consider ordering less since the portions are really big. Or you should just bring a friend or two. I recommend the sets, value for your money and you get to try a variety of things.
