The distinct savour of saltiness complemented really well with the mud crab’s natural fresh sweetness. Wok-baked in fragrant margarine and salt, Leong’s Kitchenette Salt Baked Mud Crab (500 to 600 gram per crab) was really exceptional to me🍕. Soups are also available on the menu and they include watercress soup, old cucumber soup and lotus root with peanut soup. If only Leong’s Kitchenette is not so far from win this location I stay, else it’d certainly be one of our to-go eaterys🤤.
